Where you goin?
Today my youngest brother Ross got his mission call to.................

..........Sao Paulo Brazil
Mmmm all I can think of is Tucanos.
Ben and I were video chatting with Ross when he opened the call, it was like I was there. He first
opened the call and started reading the "congratulations you're a missionary paper" instead of the
official "call letter." After reading half of the letter he realized it wasn't the call. Meanwhile my mom
is in the background saying "Hurry up, hurry up" and I like to make funny faces at the camera. He
finally found the right paper and I waited in anticipation until I heard the call, then everyone cheered. It was great.
I guessed he would go to Japan and Ben thought Florida. Whelp we were both wrong.
Brazil, he will love it there and Ben's older brother Michael served there too, oh brotherly love in Sao Paulo.
Ross doesn't leave until September 29th. This is a good thing because just last week my brother,
Chet, who is on a mission in Korea, he told us he might be extending his mission for another 6 weeks.
Chet......
or Chet?
My mom has been worried since then that Chet and Ross would miss each other and would have to wait
4 years to get the whole family together, but she doesn't have to wait 4 long years, only 3 months.
I know Ross will be a great missionary. He has already started preparing for his mission by purchasing
missionary attire. When we went home for mother's day he showed us sun glasses he got for his mission.

Yep these orange ran-bans.
Good thing he's going somewhere sunny!
Since I'm on the subject of missionaries, our family talked to Chet on Mother's Day and I decided to
ask some not so common questions that I think most people wonder about him and Korea:
How many black people live in Korea?
---He said he taught one black person but didn't see very many
He asked if any of us wanted anything?
----I told him candy
He said he wants to arm wrestle Dad, Ross, and Ben when he gets home. I can't wait for Chet
and Ben to bond arm wrestling! Before Chet left I asked him if he had any requirements for boys
if I were to get married while he was gone. I was expecting things like, make sure he's nice, and
treats you like a princess. But nope, his response was "Just make sure he isn't stronger than me."
Hahaha. Ben says well Chet's going to be disappointed.
So missions missions missions, it's all the rage in my family right now. Bacon wrapped pork and grilled pineapple. Ross is going to like Brazil.
P.S. You should watch survivor. I'm addicted and I want Russell off!

Take that DIva Deals!!
Yep milk for $0.15. Diva Deals would be proud of me (I don't get how she gets like $1,600,993.07 worth of groceries for $17.63).
Wait it gets better.
And Better (Diva Deal's jaw just hit the key board)
Mwahaha. Ben's gonna like this deal. He loves milk, I don't really like the taste of milk, but I know I should drink it because I've done my share of osteoporosis research. So I drink it with this......
It says helps build strong bones, but that's a almost not lie for me. Without the nesquik I wouldn't drink half as much milk as I do. Thank you Nesquik for helping me build strong bones and $0.15 milk for helping me stay within the budget.

NYC: Top 10 Sites
Hey Bloggers! This is Ben joining in the blogging business. Don't expect too much from me, I don't plan to post consistently. I just felt in the mood to share with you what Kimi and I declare the TOP 10 NYC SPOTS VISITED.
There is a twist though. Since we didn't agree when ranking the top 10, I have just listed the top 10 in no particular order. Once you finish reading, check our anonymous answers and guess who liked what.
A. Top of the Roc. What amazing views! In our opinion, it is better than the empire state building. A must see.

B. Statue of Liberty. If you want to climb up and look out of her crown, you must get tickets months in advance. Fortunately, my parents are travel experts and got tickets way in advance for us. Thanks Mom & Dad!

C. Food on Foot Tour. This fun guy named Cory started his own business showing people the best small restaurants in certain neighborhoods. We stopped at 10 different spots in the Hell's Kitchen area. If you want the know the specific locations, let us know. We'll hook you up.

D. Wicked. My brother Michael is quoted to say watching Wicked was "pure misery." Kimi and I do not agree with though. We thought it was a fun musical. What also made the show fun is my brother Justin won a lottery getting us cheap front row tickets! We weren't expecting to even go to a show that night!

E. Tandem Bikes in Central Park. Kimi's dream ever since we've been married is to have a tandem bike. This experience brought her closer to that dream. We still don't own one, but we had fun on it! (Tandem bike are hard by the way!!!)
F. Madam Tousou's Wax Musem. This was surprisingly very fun. The wax figures look so real! Check out this pic:

G. Magic show at FAO Swhartz Toy Store. While we have no pictures, this guy was amazing! We ended up buying 2 magic tricks from the guy. The toy store itself is a fun spot to check out because employees are very interactive with customers, showing them to cool games/toys they have. It is right next to the Apple Store close to central park.
H. Frozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity. WOW. That is all I can say. This was some amazing dessert (or appetizer in our case.) Definitely check this place out. You must make reservations beforehand. Serendipity is known for their desserts. You can't just order dessert though, so plan in a full meal there as well. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

I. Walking across Brooklyn Bridge. This was pretty fun and for me surprisingly very busy. It was fun though.

J. Times Square. Always a fun place to walk and check out the lights and TV screens. Very cool.

Ok guys. Now it's your turn to guess who is who. Sorry, the winner doesn't get anything. Just guess for fun.

Official BYU Grad and a Blast to the Past
Top 10 BYU Favorites
10. An amazing job at WSR where I was the nutrition counselor and actually used what I was learning in the classroom and put it into practice. My boss was great and I loved all the people I worked with.

9. Taking bowling twice. Yep I took bowling twice, just for fun, because I LOVE to bowl. I didn't learn much either time. I can bowl a mean 128 though. And both times
I was in bowling I was in class with BYU Athletes. 1st time was Max Hall and the 2nd time was good old Jimmer. Bowling is the magic class to find the athletes.
8. Food Fight! Food, people, open field and my goggles!

7. Pieing someone and missing their face twice.
6. Fizzy Yogurt. Mmmmmm I discovered this my freshmen year. There would be a sign outside of the Eyring Science Center whenever they would serve this and I was on the watch for it ALWAYS. After my freshmen year they didn't serve the yogurt anymore, until one day in my food science lab, my TA had made a batch of the fizzy yogurt and she shared with us. One of the professors at BYU invented the delicious yogurt and I have found it again at the Farmer's Market in Provo. I can't wait for it to start up again.
5. Discovering J-Dawgs! No hot dog will ever compare! Junior year winter semester, every Friday I would go with my friend Janet to experience the bliss of the secret sauce! Mmmmm! We had to cut back once we started getting fat and spending too much. I am still trying to invent my own version of the sauce. I'll let you know when K-Dawgs opens. (Coming to the Eastern-Idaho-State Fair near you.)
4. BYU Hawaii!! If they would have had my major I probably would have stayed. I love Hawaii, the beaches, shaved ice, spam and eggs, not the humidity, Jack Johnson, ponytails and no makeup, and especially the sun!

3. My study abroad to Asia.
Climbing the great wall in my Mario and Lugi shirt,
crawling through the tunnels in Vietnam,
Karaokee in Vietnam, very different than the karaokee in the US.
Touching a Monk eating new foods
Discovering that babies in China don't wear diapers
Sushi and sumos in Japan, and meeting amazing new friends.
2. Roommates. I have had 14 roommates during my college career. Each one has taught me something, and oh we've had some good times.
1. Finding my Ben and spending my last year in college with the best roommate and most enjoyable living arrangements. No dishes piled up in the sink for weeks, room in the freezer, and clean apartment when ever I want it to be.
NOTE: 6 of the 10 top memories involves food. This is why I love my major, it's perfect for me.
As I have been graduated for 9 days now, I'm lovin it. I can't complain though because we just got back from the Big Apple yesterday so the no school life hasn't set in yet. And I still have my internship to complete so it feels like it's still not the end. But I don't know if I'll ever feel like there's an end, I'm not expecting it. Life is busy and I love it! Here's how I celebrated (I think I scared the old people)
